After you request a return.

• You will receive a confirmation E-mail and a ticket number to follow up on your return.
• If you did not pay for shipping when you originally purchased your product, you will not have to pay for shipping to return the item. If you arrange to return your item via our Contact Center or Chat Support, a Return Label will be sent to the E-mail address associated with your account. The Return Label is good for the following seven days. Attach your return label to the package.
• To track your return, you will be notified by E-mail if the product meets our the return conditions.

Return conditions.

• All returned items must have their original labels, original packaging, accessories, promotional items and both items if it came as part of a pair.


• The product must be clean and in good condition.


• All returned items must include a Return Form. Returns take between 3 to 10 business days to be processed.
• Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the product has a manufacturing defect, then you have 60 days to return it.
• Order a new product to exchange it for the one you are returning.

Please consider the following.

• If the product is dirty, stained, damaged or seems to have been repaired, it will not qualify for a return.
• For hygienic purposes we cannot accept returns on underwear bottoms.
• Swimsuit bottoms are accepted if they still have the protective liner in place.
• If the product was misused, it was not used according to the instructions or it underwent an unauthorized modification, it will not qualify for a return.
